Our service department has the ability to use OEM parts, so you are guaranteed the parts in your equipment are top of the line.
Education is key to success, and if your team needs a refresher on an older piece of equipment or extra training on something new, we're here to help. Between our dedicated technicians and service manager, we can come to you or have your team come in-house for training. ISG does both classroom training, often with our factory rep, and hands-on training. Above all, safety is most important when operating equipment, get the correct safety training for your team. Everyone that goes through our training comes out with a certification at the end of the day for completing the course.
We have a fleet of trucks that allow us to bring the fix to you if you are down and can't get to us. As a result of our central location in Virginia, our customers are never too far, allowing our team to get to the problem as quick as we can!
ISG has added the ability to pick up and drop off your equipment on our truck and trailer, or we can send one of our team members to pick it up for equipment that doesn't fit on a trailer. Subsequently allowing your team to continue their work while the ISG team takes care of the problem for you! Transportation costs are applicable.
