Rehabilitation robots for partial trenchless sewer renovation

Designed as a modular system, the SCHWALM SYSTEM includes milling and rehabilitation robots, sewer cameras, robotic tools, HutlinerPacker®, and the control system with supply lines.

Initially developed for lateral reinstatement, the Schwalm robot has become known as the Swiss army knife of sewer robots due to its multi-function capabilities.

This rugged sewer robot is highly versatile, helping contractors boost productivity while reducing the need for multiple specialty tools to handle complex rehabilitation tasks.

The Lineup

The Talpa FSR 1330 is designed for DN 150 lined pipes and can be easily adapted for pipe sizes up to DN 300 using interchangeable wheel extensions and additional weights.

Its high weight and low center of gravity keep the robot stable inside the pipe during milling, without the need for extra bracing. It can tilt more than 45 degrees to either side along its length without tipping over, ensuring reliable operation even in challenging conditions.

The Talpa FSR 2060 is designed as standard for pipes from DN 200 (lined) and can be converted to a maximum of DN 600 by means of the different wheel extensions that can be combined.

The robot sits stably inside the sewer pipe without requiring additional bracing or securing during milling operations. This is ensured by its high weight and low center of gravity. The Talpa FSR 2060 can be tilted more than 45 degrees to either side around its longitudinal axis without tipping over.

Using the Talpa FSR 1330 and Talpa FSR 2060 milling and rehabilitation robots, partial trenchless sewer repairs can be completed quickly and cost-effectively. However, performance depends heavily on the tools you use.

Schwalm Robotic GmbH offers a wide range of premium and standard tools, precisely matched to Schwalm milling and rehabilitation robots and to the materials being processed, so you get reliable, high-quality results on every project.
